How do you cope with anxiety due to work overload? - ron4 - 05-26-2025

Guys, I don't know where else to write. Maybe someone else has had something similar. Lately I feel like everything is falling out of my hands. Work, everyday life, family - I can't keep up with anything, everything irritates me. In the morning I wake up already tired, and it's a vicious circle. I feel guilty that I can't cope. I constantly compare myself with others who seem to do everything perfectly. Because of this, I start to doubt myself and put things off, even the simplest ones. And then stress and anxiety return. Tell me, how do you deal with this?

I had a similar story - responsibilities were piling up, I didn’t know what to grab onto. I accidentally came across liven app reviews - I decided to try it. The app really helps. First, you take a short survey, then it offers suitable courses. They explain where anxiety comes from: perfectionism, weak boundaries, self-criticism. I especially liked the mood tracker — I began to notice how my emotions are connected with specific events. There is also a sound mode: the sound of rain, a fireplace — they are great for relaxing. And the assistant Livie gives advice on how to cope with anxiety. Everything is simple and very human. I felt better in literally a week.

Sometimes even small tasks seem insurmountable. I haven’t tried the apps yet, but I think that this approach can help, especially if there is a structure and reminders. The main thing is not to put pressure on yourself and move step by step. It’s good that now there are resources that help you understand yourself. I think it’s worth trying something new, even if it’s just mood tracking or breathing practices. Peace and stability to everyone.
