So I finally got around to wiring up a proper LED headlight on my old CB750 project and man I shouldve done this years ago. I know some guys think its overkill but honestly after a few close calls in traffic I dont care if I look silly. I run it on high beam during the day now and the difference is night and day, cars actually see me coming at intersections.
Only downside is a couple buddies give me grief about blinding people but whatever, id rather be annoying than be a hood ornament. Also added some reflective tape on the forks and my helmet which is cheap insurance.
Curious what you all do for visibility? Anyone running those brake light modulators? Been thinking about one but not sure if theyre worth the hassle. Ride safe out there folks, too many distracted drivers these days.
