Hi everyone,
I’m planning to take the Nokia 4A0-100 certification, but I’m not quite sure where to start. I have a basic understanding of cloud concepts and some hands-on experience with Nokia technologies, but I don’t have a strong background in AI or data science. That’s actually why I chose this entry-level exam — I’m looking to build a solid foundation in AI fundamentals.
From what I’ve gathered, the exam covers topics such as:
  • Core AI concepts
  • Basics of machine learning
  • Computer vision
  • Natural language processing
  • Nokia AI-related services (like Cognitive Services and Machine Learning Studio)
I’ve gone through the Nokia Learn modules, which were helpful for theory, but I feel like I need more practical preparation. While searching for practice material, I came across Study4Exam, which offers practice questions for exams like Nokia 4A0-100 . Has anyone here used their materials for Nokia certification prep? Are their practice tests useful, or are they too basic?
I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has taken this exam — how you prepared, how long you studied, what resources you used, and which areas you think deserve the most focus.
Thanks in advance for your advice!

Hey! Great to hear you're aiming for the Nokia 4A0-100 certification it's a solid starting point if you're looking to build foundational knowledge in AI and its applications within the Nokia ecosystem.
? What the Exam Covers
You’re on the right track with the topics you listed. The exam touches on:
  • Core AI principles
  • Supervised and unsupervised machine learning
  • Real-world AI use cases (computer vision, NLP)
  • Nokia-specific services and platforms like Cognitive Services and Machine Learning Studio
It’s designed to test conceptual understanding more than deep technical implementation, so it's very beginner-friendly, especially for those coming from cloud or infrastructure backgrounds.
? How I Prepared (and What Worked)
Here’s what worked best for me and others I’ve studied with:
  1. Nokia Learn Modules
These are a solid foundation. Make sure to take notes and revisit key sections — especially the real-world AI examples and Nokia tools.
  2. Supplement with Visual Learning
Try YouTube or Nokia-hosted webinars for AI fundamentals. Watching concepts in action (like how a machine learning model is trained) makes them easier to grasp.
  3. Practice Questions
Yes, I’ve used Study4Exam, and I found their AI-related practice tests pretty helpful. They’re not overly technical, which aligns well with this exam level. Plus, many questions come with explanations that reinforce learning. I’d recommend using them after reviewing the Nokia Learn content to test your understanding.
  4. Flashcards & Diagrams
For memorizing key terms (e.g., types of ML, use cases of NLP, etc.), flashcards were surprisingly effective.
⏱️ Study Time
If you’re studying part-time, I’d say 2–3 weeks of focused effort is usually enough. I studied for around 2 hours per day for two weeks and passed comfortably.
? Focus Areas
Spend extra time on:
  • AI vs. ML vs. Deep Learning – know the differences and relationships
  • Understanding what each Nokia AI service does and when to use it
  • Real-world applications of AI (especially in telecom or enterprise contexts)
