Who has worked with a development company on Avalanche?

I'm thinking of launching a project on Avalanche, but it's hard to start from scratch myself, I'm looking for those who have already ordered development from specialized teams. Is there any sense to contact, or is it better not to take risks? How are they with support, deadlines and understanding of tasks in general?
