For Outlook on Windows and the Web:
- Open Outlook.
- Prepare the email as you usually draft it.
- Rather than clicking Send, click the drop-down arrow beside it. You will then see Schedule Send.
- A new pop-up will open where you need to specify the date and time.
- Just click Send on the schedule window.
For Outlook on Mac:
- After opening Outlook, draft the email for Mac as well.
- Click on the drop-down arrow and then Schedule Send.
- Determine a date and time from the list.
- Pick the Send button.
Important Notes:
- If you are a Windows Outlook user, your emails are in the Draft folder.
- In the case of users who currently use the classic Outlook for Windows, their scheduled messages will be found in the Outbox folder.
- One can cancel or reschedule his or her scheduled email and edit the associated email by opening it with the help of the Drafts or Outbox.
- You can not schedule delivery to Microsoft 365 groups or distribution lists.
