Hi everyone,
I recently purchased an electric scooter through Motobuys and after about two weeks of light use, I started experiencing an issue with the battery. The scooter powers on normally, but the charge drops extremely fast (from 80% to 20% in less than 10 minutes of riding on flat terrain). I have not modified the scooter in any way and have only used the original charger.
I checked the manual and performed a full charge cycle twice, but the issue remains. Before contacting the seller directly, I wanted to ask if anyone here has dealt with a similar battery problem and how the warranty process works in this case. Does Motobuys require me to go through the manufacturer first, or should I file a claim directly with the seller on the platform? Also, who typically covers return shipping for defective items?animal craft
I would appreciate any guidance from members who have experience with warranty claims or returns. Thanks in advance for your help.
