Hey folks! I’m putting together a trip for a group of 18—friends and family—to Italy this fall. Thinking of hiring a coach to explore beyond the usual tourist spots. We’re starting in Milan, then aiming for Lake Garda, Verona, and maybe Bologna. Anyone tried coach hire there? How’s it stack up cost-wise and logistically? Trains seem great, but I’m worried about managing a big group. Thoughts appreciated!

Hey! For a group of 18, coach hire italy  BCS-Bus could be the perfect solution. It offers flexibility and comfort, especially when exploring destinations like Lake Garda, Verona, and Bologna. Managing a big group with trains can be tricky—coaches provide a more relaxed experience with door-to-door service. Cost-wise, it can be quite reasonable when shared among the group. BCS-Bus is known for reliable service so that you can count on them for smooth travel. Have you already looked into pricing and availability with them? It might be worth comparing the logistics to trains!

Mixed experience here. We hired a coach in 2023 for a Sicily trip—Catania to Taormina and back, 12 people. The good: no stress about schedules, and the driver dropped us right at our hotel. The bad: it was €850 for two days, which felt steep compared to trains (Milan-Bologna’s dirt cheap on Italo). Plus, the AC crapped out halfway—brutal in July heat. Company was some local outfit; I’d go with a bigger name next time. Italophile99’s Umbria trip sounds dreamy, though! AdventureSeeker77, I’d say coach is smart for Garda’s smaller spots, but Milan to Bologna screams train. How long’s your trip?
