What’s up everyone!
I’m currently prepping for the Canadian medical licensing exam — it’s a serious grind. But I still try to sneak in some riding to keep my stress down and my mind sharp.
Anyone here working on something big (certifications, training, career stuff) and still making time to ride? Would love to hear how you all keep the throttle and brain balanced.

Balancing riding with career goals can definitely be tricky, especially when prepping for something as intense as the Canadian medical licensing exam.I went through a similar phase last year and found that scheduling short, intentional rides helped me recharge without derailing my study plan. Even 30–45 minutes on the bike after a long study block can clear your head and keep stress levels down.

For me, the key was treating riding like a mental reset instead of a distraction. Curious to hear how others are juggling the throttle and textbooks!
