This was an interesting read. I especially liked the idea of how lighting can change the way we experience historic architecture after dark. Cities that combine preserved buildings with modern light installations seem to create a completely different atmosphere from what you see during the daytime. It would be interesting to hear which European city others think has the most impressive nighttime scenery.
