So I’ve got a regional show coming up in like 10 weeks, and I’m starting to map out my prep. I’ve done this twice before, but I’ve never run GH going into a comp — only test, mast, and a touch of clen near the end.
This time around I’m thinking of adding GH low-dose (like 3 IU/day) to see if it helps with fat loss and keeping muscle fullness while dieting. I’m not chasing crazy mass, just want to come in dry and sharp without feeling flat or dead inside lol.
Anyone here actually used GH like Spectros in prep and noticed a real difference? Or is it mostly bro-science?
